Speech Title: SYNTHESIS OF SOME PYRAZOLONE AND CIPROFLOXACIN DERIVATIVES AND STUDY OF THEIR CYTOTOXICITY
Abstract: A serious of pyrazolones (1, 2, and 3) and Ciprofloxacin derivatives (4 & 5) have been synthesized and characterized. The cytotoxicity study of these compounds has been made with the help of Brine Shrimp Lethality bioassay. A comparative study of IC 50 values establishing the structure activity relationship (SAR) will be presented in the lecture.
